[RNLD] Learner's grammars

Hi Felicity et al.

The Institute of Linguistics in Hanoi produced a teaching grammar of the
Tai languages Tày and Nùng. This was published in 1971, while the "American
War" was still going on. This work totalling 152 pages, was expressly
designed for the use of teachers in primary and secondary schools, and
contained a section in its first chapter giving an outline of basic
linguistic concepts. Publication details:

Viện Ngôn ngữ học (Ủy ban Khoa học Xã hội Việt Nam), *Ngữ pháp Tiếng
Tày-Nùng*, Hanoi: Nhà xuất bản Khoa học Xã hội, 1971.
