[RNLD] vulvectomy question

Hello everyone,
We've come across reference to vulvectomy in a language from the Goldfields region of WA. I've never come across this practice in any other Aboriginal language or culture. Consequently I am dubious.
Has anyone found this practice in other Australian Aboriginal cultures? Thank you, in advance, for responses.
