Officer and Committee nominations</P>

<P style="MARGIN: 0px; FONT: 12px Helvetica">As Secretary of the Foundation for
Endangered Languages I hereby give notice that:</P>
<P style="MARGIN: 0px; FONT: 12px Helvetica">1. The 12th Annual General Meeting
of the Foundation will take place on Friday 26 Sepember 2008 during the
XIInd International Conference of the FEL at the Fryske Akademy in
Ljouwert/Leeuwarden, The Netherlands, starting at 11:45.</P>
<P style="MIN-HEIGHT: 14px; MARGIN: 0px; FONT: 12px Helvetica"><BR></P>
<P style="MARGIN: 0px; FONT: 12px Helvetica">All members are entitled to attend
and vote at this meeting.</P>
<P style="MARGIN: 0px; FONT: 12px Helvetica">2. The Agenda will comprise:</P>
<P style="MARGIN: 0px; FONT: 12px Helvetica">1. Minutes of the 11th AGM 2.
Matters Arising 3. Chairman's Report 4. Treasurer's Report 5. Election of
Officers for the year beginning 27 September 2008</P>

should be sent to reach the Chairman (<A

(Chairman, Treasurer, Secretary) and the Executive Committee should be sent to
reach the Chairman by 12 September 2008.</P>

Committee (including the named Officers) and should nominations exceed
vacancies, election will be by ballot.</P>
