I'm working with a speaker of the Chamchang / Kimsing variety of Tangsa here in Northeast India and he's been making a dictionary in Toolbox. He uses u-umlaut (Latin Small Letter U with Diaeresis) for one of the vowels but we can't work out how to insert this
character in Toolbox. Does anyone know a quick way to do this?<br>
