You can specify the exact start frame and the end frame and export to a number of formats.</span><div style="font-family:arial,sans-serif;font-size:13px">
<br></div><div style="font-family:arial,sans-serif;font-size:13px">As for audio, about the simplest thing for this is Audacity, even though it is a bit bloated still. One could possibly edit audio in mpeg streamclip, as a matter of fact.</div>
