Thanks for this query Piers, as it I've

Hi all,

I'm using iPhoto and trying to export images as .TIFFs for
archiving in PARADISEC. Ideally, I would like to the image
metadata to be embedded in the exported .TIFF. If and when an
image floats free of its context in the archive, it's nice to
know that there is enough metadata to allow the image to be
        accurately interpreted.

Using iPhoto's own 'Export...' function and checking all the
right options, the best result I can get is a .TIFF that retains
title name and GPS data but no 'caption/description', or 'date
        and time'.

As far as I'm aware there are two apps that purport to be able
to allow you to embed iPhoto metadata into an exported .TIFF.
These are iPhoto to Disk and Phoshare. Neither of them works for
me (it looks like they haven't been supported for a while).
Any leads?
