ELAN 5.2 is now available, bringing several changes and improvements.<br>
<br>
The main new features in Interlinearization Mode:<br>
- the appearance of the editor can now be customized (colors, margins)<br>
- it is now possible to play the audio of the selected segment<br>
- the size and location of the Suggestions window can now be remembered<br>
- the preferred sort order of a lexicon can be set as a Lexicon property<br>
- the Whitespace Analyzer can be configured how it should handle punctuation and other special characters<br>
<br>
The main fixes are:<br>
- import tiers failed in case of "special characters" in the file path<br>
- when importing tiers external CV's are now imported as well<br>
- the WebMAUS extension didn't correctly pass the selected language to the service<br>
- a problem with custom keyboard shortcuts could cause ELAN to crash<br>
- the column headers in the lexicon view would sometimes show the wrong field name, inconsistent with the contents of the column<br>
- clicking a row in the interlinear editor sometimes caused a jump to the wrong row<br>
