RST for media items

we have a project running which uses a multilayered annotation
scheme for composite documents using text blocks, pictures, diagrams,
etc. and layout. One of the annotation layers is a slightly extended
RST which gives a rhetorical structure ranging over the different
media elements present.

No video yet however.

We are building a corpus of items annotated with the annotation
scheme, and are looking for further cooperations to expand both
the range of texts covered and the kinds of information annotated.
