Dear patient list members.

As you may have noted, attempts to block attachments from reaching you have
failed.  The control mechanisms are not user friendly, and I have
interfering tasks at the moment.  So, everyone, for your own machine's
safety, please do this:

If you EVER RECEIVE a message that appears to be from RST-LIST, and that
message HAS ATTACHMENTS, do not open it, delete it and if possible notify
me.
