RST tool format

Dear Olga,

   RSTTool (the original, not the unauthorised copy) allows import
of Marcu-style lisp files. You will need to remove the part of the
extension beyond ".lisp", which is the name of the annotator.

You can then "Save as" in rs3 format.

If you have problems, let me know (I only had available
2 marcu files to test it on).
