Definitions of Conjunction and Disjunction

Dear list members,

Recently, while using Mick O'Donnell's RST Tool, I noticed two multinuclear relations listed there which I did not find defined on the RST website or anywhere else.  I would greatly appreciate it if someone could help me find the definitions (preferably with examples) of the Conjunction and Disjunction relations.  Any citation for these would be very helpful.  Thank you.
