An RST analysis

I am analyzing a short text, and I wonder if I could get a second (or third or fourth) opinion. If you have a little time, and are so inclined, I would appreciate your RST analysis. The text, which appears below, is very short. If it seems stiltled, that's because it was crafted to be parsed by the Attempto Controlled English (ACE) parser. Any suggestions for improved readbility are welcome!

<Begin Text>
The sensor detects an cyber-event. The sensor notifies the system. If the cyber-event is an attack then a response is required. The particular response that is required depends on the policy. The policy says that if the cyber-event is a botnet then the system notifies the manager. The cyber-event is a botnet. The system notifies the manager. The manager shuts down the system, and the users are angry.
<End Text>

Any analyses or comments are appreciated!

Regards,
Andrew
