The "standard/official" Vietnamese fonts for MS Windows are those that ship
with Windows. So, this would include Arial, Times New Roman, Courier New,
and Tahoma. , You can also use any that support MS Windows codepage 1258
(see http://www.microsoft.com/globaldev/reference/sbcs/1258.htm). There are
additional fonts that come with MS Office or IE, but most of these don't
have complete support for cp1258 -- Arial Unicode MS and Verdana are the
only ones. Verdana can be downloaded from
http://www.microsoft.com/typography/fontpack/default.htm. I'm sure there
are others out there. If you get the South Asia version of Office 2000, it
probably comes with some additional fonts, but these are not available for
download anywhere.
