I am pleased to say that my endeavour to get Huffman & Proum's _Cambodian
System of Writing_ textbook available for all to download freely, has come
to a successful conclusion.

I hope that anyone teaching or learning the Khmer language (or any of its
closely related SEA scripts) will let their students know about this free
resource.

Once again, this has been made possibly by the time and resources of a small
number of private individuals, not by an academic institution --a few of
which continue to publish/reproduce this book at a proft (although it is in
the public domain). The pratyeka.org site is operated by Walter Stanish, a
sinologist by training.

Let one first establish oneself in what is proper, and then instruct others.
Such a wise man will not be defiled.
