New website about Phutai language in E-Isan and S-Laos in English, Thai and Lao: http://www.thai-isan-lao.com/phutai-index-english.html
The author is conducting his own research on Phutai and assisting a local group of Phutais, who are doing their own language revival project. The assistance is mainly in discussing writing rules for writing Phutai using Thai and Lao script. The key is tonal determination, which Thai citizens can only do on Central Thai - not Phutai.
