Preliminary Announcement of Conference

The Third ISLOJ

INTERNATIONAL SYMPOSIUM ON THE LANGUAGES OF JAVA

23-24 June 2011

Malang, East Java, Indonesia

The third International Symposium on the Languages of Java will be held 
23-24 June 2011, in Malang, East Java, Indonesia. As in the past, this 
conference will focus on all linguistic aspects of the languages of 
Java, broadly understood: Javanese, Sundanese, Madurese, Balinese, and 
Sasak; and also, possibly, varieties of Malay spoken in those language 
areas.

A call for papers and further information on the conference will follow 
shortly.
