Greetings,

Loren Billings's posting about misspelled titles on bindings reminded
me of something.  They can often be rather funny.  For example, in our
library at the U of C, Tynjanov's "Arxaisty i novatory" is rendered on
the binding in transliteration as "Anarxisty i novatory."
