Colleagues:

Can anyone tell me where I might find some printed or published
explanation of the Inter-Agency Language Roundtable estimates of the
level of relative difficulty of learning foreign languages for native
speakers of English?

Are there perhaps other indices of level of difficulty which have been
published?
