russian anthem

Dear Seelangers,

does any of you know which national anthem is presently in use in
Russia? And of what is it the anthem (CIS? Russia)? Can someone send
me the text, and/or tell me who wrote it, when, and where it is
published (or perhaps some ftp-site). Is it true that Schiller's/
Beethoven's "Ode an die Freude" some time served as a national
anthem? If yes, when exactly?
