Somebody knows, and will be glad to tell you:

Try the Ukrainianization of Macintosh page, at:

http://www.osc.edu/ukraine_nonpubl/htmls/macukr.html

This is located at the infamous Infomeister site maintained by the infamous
Max Pyziur.

Look for the ER Fonts which you can access from the page.  These are
available in 1251 encoding, among others, for both Mac and Wintel.
These fonts allow Russian, Ukrainian, and other Cyrillic languages to
coexist peacefully, something which rarely happens in, say, a meeting of
the Parliament.
