semeinyi kodeks

[Mike Berry]

I am trying at short notice to track down some materials in English
or Russian on the fate of the Russian "Semeinyi kodeks". I gather
from one source it was passed by the Duma on December 8 1995, but was
vetoed by the President. Can anyone suggest any possible
sources? Thanks.
