Revision of Rutgers Job Announcement

Please post this revision of the job announcement that recently appeared
on SEELANGS. The revisions conform to the MLA's suggested terminology.



Possible two-year non-renewable contract for a Visiting  Assistant
Professor. Candidate must have native fluency in Russian with an
American Ph. D. or equivalent in hand,  have extensive experience
teaching Russian at all levels in American Universities, demonstrated
success in the classroom,  experience administering,  coordinating and
supervising all aspects of language program,  and publications related
to language pedagogy and methodology.  Responsibilities include
Intermediate and Advanced Russian, Introduction to Slavic Linguistics,
Practicum in Language Pedagogy,  development of audio-visual and
computer based materials and supervision of all language courses.
