Russian monasteries

Dear Colleagues,
I have a student (graduating from Davidson College this spring) who would like
to spend the next year in a Russian monastery.  He is not Russian Orthodox but
is the son of a minister and is interested in spending a year working,
meditating, singing, etc. in a monastery in Russia.  I would be very grateful
for any suggestions anyone might have!
