GA/PBN, a USAID contactor working in Ukraine on a market reform public
education project, is looking for a specialist to fill the position of
Counterpart Liaison - Economic Reform. The candidate must commit to
relocating to Ukraine for a period of at least nine months.

Experience and skills required:   Background in public education,
privatization, macroeconomic, fiscal and tax issues, and an understanding of
Ukraine's culture and politics.  At least 5 years marketing experience, three
years international experience.  Working knowledge of Ukrainian and/or
Russian language is required.  Prior experience with USAID and/or World Bank
projects in the former Soviet Union is preferred.
