electronic dictionary

I am about to begin a long translation project and would like to have a
good electronic, Russian-English dictionary in either CD or
loadable-to-hard drive format. I plan to work in Wordperfect through
Windows 95 and would like to find a user-friendly dictionary that I can
switch back and forth to quickly. Can anyone recommend one they have had
some experience with? Thanks.
