Editing Cyrillic in html-a related question

Does anyone know if there is a program to convert between different
Russian font representations like, say, KOI8 and code page 1251?
I am interested in particular in conversion of WP CyrillicA fonts of
the WordPerfect created documents into Arial Cyr, or some other (popular
in Russia) fonts.
