Someone recently asked about the use of inverted word order for
approximations in "Old Russian."  In general, I think it is there,how early
I can't say at the moment.  I came across an example of a related formula,
"tomu nyne goda s tri," in Kotkov et al., _Moskovskaia delovaia i bytovaia
pis'mennost'_, p. 219.
