Vocabulary help

Pomogite pozhaluista,
     What is "androgogicheskaya diagnostika"?  None of my dictionaries include
androgogicheskii and the four Russian native speakers I have asked said that
they have never seen or heard the term.  The term has something to do with
education.  It appears twice in a letter of recommendation that I am
translating.
