czech lexical card file

Is there an institute in Prague or elsewhere that maintains a card catalog of
illustrative, historical or otherwise imporant usages of the words of the
Czech language as the Institut russkogo iazyka does for Russian?  Does anyone
have a contact with access who would be willing to look up two words?

Any leads would be much appreciated.
