Possev Publishers -- Request for Copyright

Dear Colleagues:

I am wondering if any of you have tried to reach Possev Publishers by
email. I sent them an email more than a month ago to their office in
Moscow requesting copyright permission to publish a translation by
one of their authors on my non-commercial web site. Have not heard
from them. The address was acquired directly from their Web site. Any
clues?
