musicologist Yury Arbatsky

Does anyone know if the musicologist Yury Arbatsky, who did work on the
history of Russian musical culture and was formerly associated with the
Newberry Library in Chicago, is still alive, and if he is, his present
whereabouts?

Any leads would be much appreciated.
