The best source of such information is the following, which you should be
able to find in your library:

Modern Language Association of America.
  MLA directory of periodicals: a guide to journals and series in
languages and literatures. 1978/79- -- [New York] Modern Language Association of
America.

The most recent issue is 1996/98. It has a subject index, and the entry
for each journal gives subscription information, information about
submitting articles, book review policies, editorial addresses, etc.
