searching for Elizabeth Wilson

Does anyone out there have any contact information for Elizabeth Wilson,
author of _Shostakovich:  A Life Remembered_?  It's a common enough name
that a web search turns up far too many possibilities, and, since she
writes about a Russian composer, I figured that there may be someone out
there who knows her.
