Keyboard question

Dear SEELANGers:

I have a couple more questions pertaining to the "cyrillization."

1) Are there programs on the Web that are as good as ParaWin,
and it's free, and besides it's available for Win3.11, not Win95-98.
I guess I am not asking too much ;)

2) Also, if anyone knows web-sites where I can find some nice,
unusual fonts for Win3.11, I would appreciate the addresses...
