Dear David,
        I called the airlines where my flight is scheduled, and they made a contingency plan for my reservation. They cannot state they will remain open or that the flight will go through.
        SEELANG people should check their carriers ahead of time,to provide for the case that the airport closes. My non-refundable tickets have been negotiated into rebookable and refundable.
