Goethe po-russki?

Hello,
  Has any one seen how <G\"othe> is printed in Russian? The only
case I have seen is like <Gjote>, but instead of the <e> with a trema,
it had <eh>(as in <eh>,<ju>,<ja>) with a trema.
  I would like to know in what year <jo> for \"o was accepted and
<eh> with a trema was discontinued. It is known that this change in
orthography has distorted some lines of Pushkin as if they didn't rhyme.
