ISO: Russian lang programs in Springfield, Missouri

Greetings all!  There's a teacher in Springfield, Missouri who is
interested in learning some Russian -- her elementary students are having
an email exchange w/Russian students, and she would like to learn some
Russian during this process.  She needs to stay in the area because of her
13 year old child, so local programs are what's necessary.  Anyone
familiar with *any* Russian programs in her area?  Formal (university),
informal (non-credit, conversational, etc.), summer, etc?  If so, please
