 Radio Free Europe/Radio Liberty makes available both Real Audio
files and written transcripts of many of its broadcasts in Russian
(and many other languages), so you can listen and read at the
same time. See http://www.rferl.org/bd/ru/index.html (with advice
about Russian fonts) and
http://www.svoboda.org/

You'd have to look through the entire contents for religious
topics. I am right now listening to one of the cultural programs:
a series on Italian music in St.Petersburg.
