Institut fuer Sorbische Volksforschung, Ernst-Talmann-Str. 6, 8600
Budysin-Bautzen

The address I have is from the DDR times. The ZIP code has been changed and
probably the street name too, but Budysin is not that big so this institution
would be easy to locate.
