This workshop will be run by Dr David Chandler, Research Fellow, Policy
Research Institute, Leeds Metropolitan University. If you are
interested/involved in issues of multi-ethnic governance at the local level
or pro-active methods of citizen involvement and capacity-building, and
would like to be involved/present a paper, please contact
