Decoding e-mail

Dear Kjetil RE Hauge,

Your suggestion to hit the reply button and thereby change the text to
cyrillic worked.  Thanks so much!!  Not all of the words came out, so I'm
still working to solve that problem.  But I was able to read 95% of the
message.  I'd never have thought of hitting the reply button.
