Russian voice recognition

Dear colleagues,
I have been asked to place the following inquiry:

Does anyone know of a software program (PC or Mac) that does Russian
voice recognition?

Of special interest would be a program that is able (or can be trained)
to transcribe Russian speech from existing recordings (audiotape or
disk), as opposed to live dictation.
