Here's an elementary question for anyone who can help out. How does one
invite someone to visit U.S. from Russia--either officially (institution) or
private (friend, relative)? What is the number of the INS form? Can it be
downloaded from internets? If so, what address? Is it true that INS does not
like to permit or even refuses to allow an entire family in? Thank you in
advance.
