Katie,

A transliteration guide is always included in the back of every issue of
_Slavic and East European Journal_.  One semester around term-paper time I
made copies of the guide and put it in a "take one" envelope on our
department office door, and it was so popular that now we keep it posted
with fresh copies year round.
