I hope that by the time you get this message, it turns out to be
obsolete.

Radio Free Europe's Russian Service at:

and

http://www.rferl.org

has been out of order for several days. I contacted them to find out
what's going on, and they told me that they are keenly aware of the
situation and are working on it, and that RFE should be back online
shortly. Let's hope so.
