I am applying for a Fulbright Scholarship to study
non-profit/non-governmental organizations in the
Novosibirsk region, and I would like to make contacts
with people who work in that field and area.  Also, if
anyone knows anything about how I could arrange to
take classes at Novosibirsk State University, please
