Hi,

Yes, there are.  Many courses are listed here, although some of them are
"Area Studies" rather than Russian Language:

Should this link not work, simply go to

http://www.gnacademy.org

and search on Russian.  These lists seem not to completely up to date, but
there are quite a few current, viable "distance" options listed here.
