Whereabouts of "Advanced Russian Reader" author A. Lewinson

We would like to order "Advanced Russian Reader" for use during summer
quarter.  It was published by Slavic Desktop Publishers in Ottawa and
Angelina Lewinson has the copyright.  It's no longer in print, and I'd
like to get in touch with her to see about getting copyright permission.
If anyone knows how to get in touch with Professor Lewinson, I'd very much
appreciate her coordinates.  Please reply either to the poster of this
