Zdravstvujte, tovarishchi!

I was wondering--does anyone have pointers to information about
Russian Sign Language (RSL)?  Absolutely the only reference I've found
anywhere is to Joseph Kautz's project at University of Washington,
which is no longer on the Web.  I'm looking for really
anything--books, videos, websites, university courses, etc.

Also, does anyone have any information on institutes for the deaf in
Russia herself?  I'll be in Krasnodar, in the Kuban, next year, and
would very much like to study at a language institute if they're
around.
