[Svitlana Kobets]

My name is Svitlana Kobets. I have a blind friend in Ukraine. She knows
English and a couple of other foreign languages. She holds a degree in
Ukrainian philology. She uses a special computer with braille and regular
Latin alphabet and she definitely knows a lot about this matter. If you are
